Finding and reading leads

Open **Leads** to see requests in your coverage area for your live services. Tabs group leads into New, Quoted, Purchased, Won and All.

Each lead shows:

• Estimated job value, excluding VAT, with the VAT amount below
• Approximate area on a map and distance from you
• How many firms are competing
• Email and phone verification, and whether our team has checked the phone number
• Whether the customer is happy to take a call
• Everything the customer entered on the form

The exact address appears only once you have won the job.
