Getting and replying to reviews

Customers can review you once a booking is confirmed. You can also invite anyone you have worked for by email from **Reviews** (under **More**); these reviews are labelled **Invited by firm**.

You can post one public reply to each review. All reviews are checked by our team before they are published.
