Why has a firm contacted me directly?

Some firms choose to unlock your contact details so they can call you quickly and talk through the job. This only happens for requests you have submitted. A limited number of firms can do this for each request.

You are never obliged to book with a firm that contacts you. If you said you are happy to take a call, a firm may ring you as soon as possible.
