How verification works

Our team checks each document against the service it covers. You can quote for a service only once its documents are approved.

Your service status shows on the **Services** tab of your Dashboard:

• **Pending**: upload or wait for review of documents.
• **Live**: you can receive leads and quote.
• **Paused**: a document has expired. Upload a renewal to go live again.

If we reject a document, we tell you why so you can upload a corrected one.
