What is CertifySpace?

CertifySpace helps you find verified UK property professionals, such as energy assessors, surveyors, electricians, gas engineers, architects, structural engineers and solicitors.

How it works

1. 1Choose a service and answer a few short questions about your property and the job.
2. 2Verified firms that cover your area send you quotes.
3. 3Compare quotes side by side, then accept the one you want.
4. 4The firm's name and contact details are shared with you once the booking is confirmed.

Using CertifySpace is free for customers. You only pay the firm for the work.
